Feng Shui
Feng Shui is one of the Five Arts of Chinese Metaphysics, originating in China at least three thousand years ago. Its name means “wind and water,” and this art studies the influence of the environment on our balance, analyzing how the places where we live and work impact our physical and emotional well-being. It is based on the fundamental principle of two opposing yet complementary forces that govern the universe: yin and yang.
By analyzing how Ki energy flows in a space, it becomes possible to detect imbalances, such as accumulations or blockages, and understand their relationship with the energetic field of individuals.
Two main branches of Feng Shui are commonly used: Classical Feng Shui and Contemporary Feng Shui.
Classical Feng Shui was developed in traditional China and is based on methods described in ancient Chinese texts. The energetic analysis of a house, whether existing or under construction, is conducted through the creation of energy maps, considering its orientation and external forms, measured using the traditional Chinese compass, the Luo Pan. Among the approaches used, the most notable are the “Form School,” the “Compass School,” the Flying Stars technique (Xuan Kong Fei Sin), and Xuan Kong Da Gua, which relies on the 64 directions of the hexagrams.
Contemporary Feng Shui emerged between the 1970s and 1980s, incorporating concepts from “Vastu,” a traditional Hindu architectural system. In this approach, spaces are organized according to specific sectors called “Ba Gua.” Additionally, it can integrate Ki astrology, which analyzes the energy of the space’s occupants.
The choice of the Feng Shui method to be applied depends on the desired objectives and the characteristics of the environment in question.
Geobiology
Geobiology is the science that studies the interaction between living beings and their surrounding environment.
This interaction can occur on various levels, whether through energies from the earth, the presence of underground water, electromagnetic or acoustic influences, or even nearby environments with specific characteristics.
All these factors have a direct impact on living beings, influencing their vitality, physical well-being, and emotional balance.
The geobiological analysis of land and any type of buildings (residential, commercial, and others) aims to identify the most suitable areas for construction, as well as to assess factors that affect human well-being. This proves to be a valuable tool for ensuring a balanced and healthy environment for those who inhabit these spaces.
